Quels motifs de pose sont possibles pour ces dalles?
The choice of laying pattern depends on the tile type and its connection system. The following patterns are generally available:
– Cross bond (chequerboard): tiles are laid in rows and columns directly above one another
– Diagonal bond: a variant of the cross bond in which the surface is rotated by 45 degrees
– Half bond (stretcher bond): each row is offset by half a tile length relative to the previous one
– Random bond: each row is offset at random, typical of laminate or timber flooring
WARCO tiles without a connection system can be laid in any pattern. Tiles with plug-in connectors are always laid in half bond. Products with a puzzle connection (including concealed versions) are predominantly used in cross or diagonal bond; with large-format variants, half bond is also possible.
The stability of the finished surface does not depend on the pattern but primarily on the type of tile connection and professional installation.
